Who Can Use NILAR

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• If you are under 18, you should use NILAR with parental guidance
• To write reviews, you must be a verified current or former collegiate athlete
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Review Guidelines

What You Can Review

Reviews should be based on:

• Your personal experience working with an agent or agency
• Actual services received and interactions you had
• Factual information about commissions, communication, and results

Review Standards

Your reviews must:

• Be based on genuine personal experience
• Be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Focus on professional conduct and service quality
• Avoid profanity, hate speech, or personal attacks
• Not disclose confidential or proprietary information

Prohibited Content

You may NOT post reviews that:

• Contain false or defamatory statements
• Include personal information about individuals (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
• Are written on behalf of someone else or based on hearsay
• Violate any laws, including copyright or trademark laws
• Contain spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Are submitted to manipulate ratings (review bombing)

Content Moderation

NILAR reserves the right to:

• Review and moderate all submitted content before publication
• Remove reviews that violate these Terms of Service
• Request additional verification for reviews that raise concerns
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate policies

We will notify you if a review is rejected and provide the reason when possible. You may contest content decisions by contacting support@nilar.com.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the reviews and content you submit. However, by posting on NILAR, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content
• The right to use your content for platform improvement and analytics (anonymized)
• Permission to modify formatting for display purposes

Our Content

All NILAR branding, design, code, and original content are owned by NILAR or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Endorsement

NILAR does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any agent or agency listed on our platform. Reviews reflect individual user opinions and experiences. We do not verify the accuracy of every claim in reviews.

Use at Your Own Risk

NILAR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All information is accurate or complete
• Reviews represent the complete picture of any agent or agency
• Using the platform will lead to any particular outcome

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NILAR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us (if any)
• We are not responsible for disputes between you and any agent or agency
• You agree to use the platform for informational purposes and conduct your own due diligence

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NILAR harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You post false, defamatory, or prohibited content
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• We are required to do so by law
• We cease operating the platform

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your reviews will remain on the platform with their anonymous tokens to preserve the integrity of our review system.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@nilar.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you disagree with the modified terms, you must stop using NILAR and may request account deletion.
